Would the ingredients in this be considered vegetarian or even vegan?

As of 2/22 their website lists one of the seasoning packet ingredients as chicken broth power, so it is NOT vegan.

Is this flavor of ramen not made anymore?? I cannot find these anywhere, but this is the best ramen ever! Hopefully Amazon will keep these available!

It is actually close to what is known in the real industry, as Yakisoba (spelling) if you add shredded cabbage and usually pork and other veggies, it is great. You can find it on Amazon but at most oriental warehouses or stores, it can be found. Also there is the main importer JFC I think and you can locate it from there. Dont pay more than 15$ for a case of 24 of these. Good luck ... I love them just as well. Manufacturer or seller question: Does the sapporo ichiban chow mein version have ginger as one of the spices? I am allergic to ginger.

Delicious hot snack

Took less than 5 minutes to make and tastes great! Will definately be buying more from amazon. The texture of the noodles are nice and the sauce is really tasty. There is no soup though. these ones you have to cook until the water is absorbed and then you can the powder. Its like a chow mein.

Best noodles out there

Had these in America not so long ago, and they were really tasty, especially with the seaweed sprinkled over the top. A good price on Amazon too.

Not great texture

I found the texture to be not as nice/bouncy as their soup noodle versions. Unfortunately, the soup noodles are much more expensive.
