Q: Will this work for larger regular round balloons (7 inch to 36 inch balloons)?

I think it would easily handle larger rounds. I use it primarily on 260Qs. It goes 2 hours straight no problem on battery. I think it would do 3 but haven’t had to test that theory. I would think since the larger rounds are easier to blow up it would go even longer without overheating.

Q: Does it comes with the black box shown in the images?

Yes. Not sure how you would access the inside or change the battery.

Q: Does this come with the balloon cutter?

Yes on the back and it works great. I am a Shriner clown and it comes in handy with large crowds.
