This lamp is very nice, it has multiple uses because it has different types of lights and according to your needs it can be switched.

The media could not be loaded.  This light is great to take anywhere. Battery last quite long and allows for warm or bright settings while giving off light from the head and next of the lamp. Easy to take on the road or where you don’t have access to a plug. Charges quickly too. With the portability it’s allowed me to use the light better than I have been able to on puzzles and other things that would usually cause a glare! Great to use for changing diapers in the middle of the night too!!!

This lamp does not charge. I had this lamp charge up for hours several times now and it will only stay on for about 15 minutes and then it turns off and the charge is done. Sure, it works well when it's plugged into a USB port. I should have taken this lamp back a long time ago. Not a good buy.

I like this light, and I don’t like it. How is that possible? I’ll explain. As far as illumination goes, this light works well. Perfect for lighting up a small space, like a desk or chair. The five different light levels would be just as adequate if there were three levels, Low–Medium–High. Why? Because the change in light output is barely noticeable between the five steps. The different light colors are good because you can tailor them to what you are doing; for example, the reading light needs to be different from the light for artwork. I also like the lower light that helps to reduce shadowing–a very clever design.The thing I dislike most is the battery and charging. Why? Because my desk lamp charges inconsistently. Over four days of testing, I used several chargers and cords to ensure my charging equipment was not related to what I was experiencing. I tested battery life at high, medium, and low settings, and the lamp color was with all LEDs on. The results for each were different each time the battery was charged until the red light turned off. The amount of time the light stayed on was different. For example, on high, the longest the battery lasted was 38 minutes, and the shortest was 6 minutes, with other times varying between the longest and shortest. I have determined that using it while connected to a charger is best.The lamp is not adequately supported at the base. Even touching the buttons makes it seem like the lamp will topple when opened. The base needs a more significant footprint or more weight to increase stability. The charging port is a micro-USB. Today’s standard is USB-C, which is the type that should be used for this lamp. Also, the light does not fully close after it has been opened. It stays open about ¼” when standing in the upright position.Conclusion: Not to be mean, but I was about to throw this in the trash until I decided to use it plugged in. And I’m happy I made that decision because it is helpful for my artwork. The lamp needs improvements to be considered good (4 stars) or excellent (5 stars). I would not buy this desk lamp to give as a gift. If I had purchased it, I would have asked for a refund. So, my rating is three stars.
