I love wax stamps and have quite a few seals to use. While a traditionalist, I like these glue gun 'faux wax' sticks much better than the real thing. They're a lot less messy, they will 'usually' survive the mail while traditional wax is too brittle and will almost always be damaged by the automated processing equipment. (Still not a bad idea to put your sealed item inside an envelope or package to protect them.) They are also much safer since you don't have to use fire to melt them, and you have more control with the glue gun.The color that i received is very bright and vibrant and will look great on an envelope or document. Note that these are for the smaller size glue guns. I didn't, so I can't actually use this batch until I get one the right size, but as soon as I do, these will work great.

Was melted easily with a lighter. Stamped fine. Looks great on an envelope. No complaints.

This red-bronze color is so pretty! It's not brassy like some bronzes can be and it is very true to the color in the picture. It works well in my glue gun. and is easy to stamp.

I got the pine green wax to unleash the Slytherin in me and I love the shade. The wax seal sticks work really well and I seem to get about 3 wax seals per stick. The only downside is it is really hard to get all the wax out if I want to switch back to glue or to a different color, and I do find that a bit wasteful.

This green wax worked great and the color is so nice. I used them in my low melt glue gun and am very happy with how my seals turned out. I'm new at this, so it took a little practice but after a few tries, they turned out great! I would buy this wax again and there are lots of good colors to choose from.

These are great for adding a wax seal to a letter. I have a glue gun that I use just for these and they work great. I can usually get 3 out of 1 stick. I do recommend a higher temp glue gun though. I originally got an inexpensive little one and it did not work well at all. I do recommend these though!

While I will need practice to get the right amount of wax for my stamp, I love the ease of using the hot glue gun rather than having to melt the wax with a lighter. I would recommend a dedicated hot glue gun (dollar store find) for this wax, as if not, you will be wasting either glue or wax each time you change over from one to the other.Each wax strip is 100mm long, and the example in my photo (that wasn't enough) was using approximately 11mm. This was figured by comparing a full stick to the glue gun length and that none remained within the opening of the glue gun. So, if you use enough to make a rim around the seal (ie: more than I did), you should get about 7 seals from each stick.This is a convenient way to always have the ability to use a wax seal without the mess and clean up!

This wax dries down into a beautiful, rich dark green without the wax becoming cloudy. It is easy to use in traditional wax sealing kits or as a full stick in a wax gun. The pine green wax mixed well with other pigmented waxes and can be used to make lighter or marbled colored seals.
