I haven't tried this, honestly. I work 10+ hours days that start at 3 am.... after my shower, feeding the dogs, making lunch showering, and driving to work to arrive at 5 am, I am not about to make this commitment. I will try these someday, just not now. So I don't know much... only this seems like a lot of work for unknown results.

I have used strips to whiten my teeth before and did not like how long I had to wear them and how sensitive they made my teeth. When I saw this kit and that you only have to wear the gel for 10 minutes I decided to give it a try. I am a huge coffee drinker and that has resulted in yellowing of my teeth. Any whitening would be an improvement.This kit makes whitening your teeth so easy. All you have to do is brush your teeth, apply gel to your teeth, put the light in for 10 minutes and then rinse your mouth. The tray is comfortable in your mouth and only needs to be worn for 10 minutes.I have been using this kit once a day for a week and can tell that it’s whitening my teeth. If used twice a day as suggested I’m sure that my results would be super noticeable. Overall I am very impressed with this kit and love that it whitens my teeth without the sensitivity that I usually encounter when using whitening strips.

Today’s my teeth is very yellow after using the product I see a significant changes. It’s definitely easy to use. I didn’t follow the complete directions. I only use it at night for 10 minutes and I see the result.

First, this product actually works. I found the instructions challenging and the actual LED device a little touchy, but overall, I would recommend this product. They give you plenty of whitening agent and the delivery method, the little brushes, work really well. You brush your teeth, dry them (important step) and then put the LED device in your mouth and turn it on. It is very bright. The first thing that I would tell you that is not specifically addressed in the instructions is that you have to press and HOLD the power button on the LED device to get it to turn on. Once you are rolling, the ten-minute time is automatic, and, after testing, it is accurate. You can turn it off in the middle of a whitening session by just quickly pressing the power button again. I thought the LED device would be heavy in my mouth, but it wasn't at all. It actually fit quite comfortably. I did the whitening procedure twice per day for about four days (they recommend six) and I still feel like it significantly whitened my teeth. Using the little color guide included, I went from about a 5 to a 3. For the money, I would definitely recommend. It will be interesting to see though what happens when I run out of whitening gel. Also, there were no instructions on using the red LED light. Internet sources say it's good for gum health, but I haven't used it.

Let me start by saying the only thing I didn't really like about this system was the fact that I had to wait 30 minutes after doing it to eat or drink anything. At nighttime, that's not a problem, but in the morning, when I'm getting up and going, I need my caffeine! But, for a week, I was able to put it off, and do a full treatment. To myself and my wife, the difference was huge. To my friends and coworkers though, it was a little different. From "Did you do something different?" to "You didn't get a haircut, but something's changed...." I liked the fact that it didn't look like I just painted my teeth white. For the cost of 1 dentist visit, you can get the same results.

I prefer this over whitening strips. It also only took 10 minutes to work rather than some whitening products that you have to use for a long time. It seemed to provide some whitening.
