The reason for 4 stars is lack of instructions for setting up external storage but once you get that information via Google and setup your good to go.Note: This box is for IPTV like most Andriod boxes are unless your a getting Nvida shield or using a Google OS based TV like Sony, TCL, and others. Do not give it low stars if you find popular apps don't work like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney plus, and etc. This box is not meant for that.Setup was simple and I suggest you hardwire it do not rely on WIFI if you plan to record your favorite shows via IPTV as the recording will stop if the connection gets weak or has issues. I am hardwired and using Tivimate with no issues recording with being hardwired.For Tivimate make sure you change the recording location in setting on the external storage path to the recording folder otherwise the recording will record for one minute and stop. Also note you need the external storage as to the Google OS update you cannot use the 32GB of internal storage to record shows as to a security patch.I suggest you buy SD/TF card and once inserted into the slot leave it alone after you format it via settings and do the copy function from the settings. Do not use a USB stick. I noticed the USB stick gets extremely hot.As for the Box its extremely fast and the UI setup is very clean. The box has zero lag thus far. Note for IPTV experience it is based the APP you decide to use. I have used many apps I can say Tivimate is the best with zero crashing and zero lags the app just works.No, I haven't tried WIFI and I have no plans to use WIFI on this box as stated hardwire it if your house has ethernet wiring or the box is located to your router.Lastly, if you need an Andriod box then this is the box to get.

I regret purchasing the BL Android TV Box 13.0, and I can't recommend it to anyone. While the specifications may look promising on paper, this product falls short in numerous areas.Poor Performance: Despite boasting 4GB of RAM and a Quad-Core processor, the box frequently lags and struggles to handle basic tasks like streaming in HD or browsing apps. The promised smooth performance is nowhere to be found.Unreliable Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi connection, especially on 5G, is unstable and often drops out. Even with a strong signal, I had trouble maintaining a consistent connection, which makes streaming and browsing incredibly frustrating.Storage Issues: With only 32GB of storage, it quickly fills up, leaving you with very little room for additional apps or media. For a device marketed as a "smart" TV box, this feels incredibly limiting.Unresponsive Remote and Interface: The included remote is sluggish and often requires multiple presses to get a response. The Android interface is clunky and not as user-friendly as I hoped, making navigation a hassle.No Customer Support: When I reached out to customer support for assistance with my issues, I received no response. This lack of support is extremely frustrating and disappointing.Overall, this Android TV box is not worth the price. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-performance streaming device, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

EZ PEEZY. Loaded tivimate up and had my IPTV and EPG files loaded in minutes. The processor is strong enough to support 3 current streams. Would recommend.

Remote control is InfraRed and not Bluetooth like every other box I have so it doesn't work with the box inside cabinet. Remote very sluggish otherwise.Can't add keyboard or another controller bc the page to add "remote & accessories" doesn't work. During pairing when it is supposed to show the code to enter on the keyboard the screen just fades and eventually times out with code not entered. Likely the screen with code is shown behind the current one or outside of window so it can't be seen. Overall the SW on this box is very purely designed. Graphics look like 1980's.

This new version is awesome……. I buy many types of these Android boxes, but this one beats all. I suggest you get this one. Better refresh rate. The new processor is awesome So far I’ve purchased 12 of them.
