Does the job
Precautions: Start the water first then switch on the instant water heater. Once hot water is half bucket then switch off the button. Keep the tap open, now normal water will flow. Follow the steps to avoid damage to the heater.

Not useful in cold conditions.
It doesn't give even like warm water in my place of cold. Out waters in winters are freezing cold. It doesn't work. Sorry. I would rate it negatively.
