Awesome quality camera and overall build
Impressed is not a big enough word for the quality I received with this camera! Let's start with the biggest features that blew me away: the actual Optical zoom! I have been burned so many times on camera models claiming to have autofocus and optical zoom that supports several meters away but this PTZ camera actually, finally delivered on that claim! The zoom is not staggered and obvious as it is with similar models, or even more expensive ones for that matter. It is a gentle sort of push and pull rather than jagged, jumpy zooming in and out. The autofocus is commendable, too, allowing for quickly adjusting two important areas of focus on the fly. The build: strong and feels like it will last for years to come. I love that this can be mounted as well as I initially got this for my studio setup to record demonstration videos for art tutorials and crafts work. The ability to use autofocus features and have an incredibly accurate and powerful lens allows for you to show subtle details and not lose quality while zooming in, crucial for live streaming and showing off instructions clearly to my audience. There are included wall mounts, though I feel they would work best in drywall and maybe would but do invest in concrete screws for anything tougher than that. There is hardly any noise when this camera is in use whether it is adjusting, turning or simply switching modes. There are so many features to go through, but I think it's best if you try it out for yourself and explore yourself to get the real idea. Another great feature that I am glad is included is the ability to set points of interest for the camera to automatically switch to. Basically, you can have predetermined areas for your camera to adjust to on its own by setting them beforehand and simply clicking it designated button, either on your keyboard or via the remote control. Similar to how newscaster switch between cameras, though there is a panning of the camera instead of an instantaneous switch. This gives a much greater control when having meetings or large gatherings like Skype calls with family all over and you want to focus on certain individuals when they're speaking and take away from the distractions in the background. I've seen several reviews use this in churches and other similar type events and I can see how this would be just an ideal use for that instead of having to shell out thousands for a bulky, traditional video camcorder. This combines so many innovative concepts into a compact, affordable, intuitive package that can be mounted or simply moved around at will, allowing for livestreaming, standard recording and so much more within such a small package!

Great Picture Quality Even in Lower Light
In my church service, we have an older lighting system which leaves the stage area darker than I prefer. Previously, I was using a DSLR camera with a long lens to record the sermons with the distance from camera to pulpit being about 75 feet. The Sony DSLR was clear and had good colors, but if I moved my arms at all, it had a ton of image blur. This PTZ camera completely solved that issue and in our first week, without tweaking the colors at all (which I need to do), all the image blur went away. The image with this review shows the output to youtube we created without messing with any features. Like I said, the camera was 75 feet back from me with enough additional zoom that it could have captured just my elbows to above my head if we wanted that tight of a shot. The camera was easy to setup. My 4 year old Windows10 PC picked it up right away using the included USB cord. We mounted the camera upside down on the back wall and with a single button on the remote control, it flipped the image properly. The remote is easy to use and allows a lot of pan/tilt movement, and it auto focuses really well.I was at a church that bought a PTZ camera 4 years ago for $2000. This one is better than that one, for 1/6th the price. These have come a LONG way and now every church should stop limping along with old cameras (like I was doing) and get one of these.I can't speak to reliability, but first impression - this is well worth the tiny price!

Camera has great video quality
I like the video quality. I zoomed in on a pop bottle 25 feet from the camera and could read the print on the label. What I do not like is other than using the provided remote control, there is no way to set presets. The PTZOptics app will operate the camera but will not preset shots. The operator is about 30 feet from the camera. Had to mount the camera with the front of the base facing towards the audio visual booth so that the remote control has a line of sight to the camera. This camera is being used for church live streams. using Prism Live software on a Win 11 PC. For the money, it is a really good camera.

Excellent Optical Zoom, Easy Setup, Great Value
This is a really, really good camera for the money. The lens is big, the optical zoom powerful and sharp, and color rendition excellent. I use it for live streaming a landscape view (from inside a window) on YouTube. The instructions are a bit paltry, but it was recognized on my computer as USB camera and (I use OSB) the software allows native manual adjustments to the camera properties. I believe this is because it uses standard Microsoft drivers. Really, unless you are completely technically inept, it's easy to set up and use.The first camera I received had a malfunctioning Auto Exposure sensor. I tried to resolve with the mfr's customer service but to no avail, it was defective; I got a replacement from Amazon within 24 hours and it worked perfectly. So--my only complaint might be QC, but it's a minor one. For the money, this is an excellent camera with a really good optical zoom, color, and sharpness.

Easy setup and works great with OBS.
At this point I have no complaints. Very easy setup. I use the camera for streaming our church services. We've used it for one Sunday so far and everything works great. We setup control of the camera through OBS and created several presets so movement is quick and easy throughout the service. If reliability remains high, I plan on purchasing one or two more to add different angles. I'm very happy with the camera but I wish they would include a ceiling mount in the package.
