Purchased this watch for my grandson for Christmas. It has been a huge disappointment. First of all, when we scanned the instructions they were in an Asian language. When I called for assistance I was told I probably got the wrong watch. When we tried to insert the SIM card the latch broke off. My grandson hasn’t even worn the watch yet and the face is already scratched up. We will be returning this piece of junk. It has been nothing but frustrating. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this product.

Solid craftsmanship and nice functionality.

I followed all the steps for the set up, and I’m paying for the mobile network, but the watch cannot connect. I’m using the SIM card that came with the watch but it’s not working. I have contacted customer support 4 times. No resolution so far. I’m pretty disappointed. Also the app sucks and is so full of advertisements it’s annoying to use. I’m pretty disappointed so far.Update: I got a replacement SIM card and it also doesn’t work. I’m convinced this watch just plain doesn’t work at all. I’m going to try to return it for a refund.

Absolute garbage. SIM card didn’t work and the installation/setup instructions were atrocious.

I bought this watch off another listing which is now disabled. This watch is horrible. After just 3 days of wearing it, the face was completely scratched to the point you can barely see anything. The tracking, which was my main reason for purchasing, was never accurate. It barely holds a charge. Most of the apps are Asian and do not work properly in the U.S. my 9-year-old stopped wearing it after a few weeks. This company is selling similar watches under multiple listings and removing listings when there are too many bad reviews. Scroll past this one.
