Good purchase, timely delivery

Was originally purchased for my fiance for her birthday with the intentions of putting a motor on it to make it a motorized bicycle.Since getting it and putting it together, it is just such a beautiful gorgeous bike that I hate to give it an ugly motor. We have been very torn on that bicycle works and rides wonderfully. It is smooth. The gear shifts are adequate for the price. It's not some high strong $5,000 mountain bike, but they definitely work great and there's no issues as far as I can see with its design. I did go forward with putting the motor on it but I do honestly wish that I had not done so. The color is beautiful.The brakes work great. The chain is nice. The paint job is solid. The only issues that I have was that it was missing the bolt/ latch handle thing that is used to adjust, raise, lower and mount the seat post.The team worked very politely with me to get me the part that I needed. It has been installed and of course the bike has been ridden. I can't give it five stars because honestly I don't like the step through design on a bicycle and it did come with a missing part but that's a bias opinion and they did help me get the part with a very little effort. It just took a couple of weeks of time that delayed the use of the bicycle.Should I need another bicycle I would look into this company and what they have to offer

This is a very pretty bike and lots of fun to ride. I'm a senior but this bike suits me fine. Shipping was kind of steep but that's OK because the price of the bike is so reasonable. Also, I had to pay a bike shop to assemble it for me, but if you're at all handy you wouldn't need to. The instruction manual is quite thorough and parts of it come already assembled.

You need to assemble it. It was not easy

I’ve never had a worse experience with self assembly instructions. They are unclear to read and feel as though you’re expected to know your way around bike assembly before purchasing. I ended up figuring out most of how to do it myself. But there is just problem after problem. When measuring the seat pole, I accidentally dropped it in the tube (my fault) but it’s stuck and no matter what I do, I can’t get it out. So now I can’t even attach the seat. I get that I dropped it in, but stuck in a way that I can’t get it out? Just frustrating. The handle bar stem will not tighten properly so the handlebars swing wildly. I wish I could give this bike an actual try.

Reasonable price for a nice bike. It’s very pretty. Was easy to put together. We like it.

Upon on arrival when I was putting the bike together I notice a part that goes to my back wheel was bent so I can’t use the highest speed in the bike or it will jam by bike and cause the chain to come off.
