I suffer with dehydration so thought I would try this brand. I absolutely love the taste and how easily it dissolves. I actually feel better after drinking it.

nice blend of electrolytes not just salt and sugar. much better price than a lot of other name brands and seems to work very well. flavor is a bit strong for me but that might just be me. i use more water to dilute and its fine.

One of the lowest cost options versus liquid IVI do feel these taste about the same. They work well and are super easy to just pour into a water bottle and keep going.My kids use them during the summer on super hot days when they’ve been sweating a ton, and I no longer get complaints that their heads hurt (probably from dehydration) will purchase again.

Tengo dificultades para mantenerme hidratada así que quise probar estos sobres con sabor a lima-limón. El sabor es muy agradable, se disuelven fácilmente en agua fría y el efecto es inmediato. Los recomiendo.

If you don’t drink enough water, simply because there’s no taste… this is for you. 🫵🏼It helps with hydration, not only because it’s made for that…it adds flavor to the water. 💁🏽‍♀️ My son enjoys it. That’s a big plus 😉
