Q: Can someone describe how to make this into a cold latte' as the description above is not very explanatory.....?????

I use a heaping 16oz cup of ice , 4 to 5 oz hot coffee, 1 scoop of latte mix, 3 squirts of french vanilla syrup, 1 scoop of milk and blend it all well. I'll add that I mix this powder with Sams Club powder to hold down the cost and still maintain a good frozen latte. This was a formula that a local coffee shop used and we always liked, but it closed for a car wash. Beats Starbucks and most chains.

the manufacture, suggest that you can make approximatly 25, eight ounce drinks, per bag.

Q: Does this mix have coffee in it or does coffee need to be added when blending?

It has coffee but you can add more. There are multiple blending methods like hot chocolate add water or milk, add to ice and blend with water or coffee etc. I usually make it iced with just water and it is to my liking... But yes there is caffeine. They have a blended creme line which is caffeine free.

Q: How much caffeine is in a serving?

Big Train does not publish the amount of Caffeine for their product. We think there is, 6.12 mgs of caffeine per fluid ounce (20.71mg/100 ml). There is a Decaf Vanilla Latte on Amazon from another supplier, we do not stock that at this time. Thanks La Costa Gourmet
