INTEY Resistance Loop Bands with 5 Fitness Bands for Workout, Stretch, Yoga, Pilates and Rehab

I have been addicted to using these during my glute workouts at the gym and have seen a big difference so I decided to order my own set. I plan to bring them with me when I travel. They are excellent quality, very durable. The resistance for each color is as specified and they come with a guide to teach you how to use them. If you hop onto Pinterest there is a large variety of resistance band workouts there as well.

These came in a neat little bag and have just been a really nice addition to my weekly circuits classes :) used them in last night‘s class for the first time for glute medius strengthening and the girls love them :-) they will definitely be feeling the burn this morning!

The bands have different "weights" so each can be used to different exercises with the proper weight needed. The 5 bands can be the tools to assist in a complete workout for either legs and arms.

A good selection of bands and quick delivery. I use them as part of my workout and my husband uses them as part of his physio for a shoulder injury. They have been well used and so far are holding up very well.

Me and my partner are preparing for Edinburgh Half Marathon due on 27th May. So we bought this to increase our lower body strength as required as part of the training. They work well. Recommended it to our fellow runners.🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Simple array of bands which fulfil a wide range of exercises. Very happy with this product - have bought 2 sets - 1 for home use and the other regularly used in my gym sessions.

Der Sommer war angebrochen und damit auch die individuelle Trainingszeit. Doch stellte sich die Frage: Gibt es günstige und trotzdem gute Trainingshilfmittel? Aufgrund der Größe hatte ich mich für diese Gymnastikbänder entschieden.Und? Super!Im ersten Moment war ich verwirrt. Ich nahm an, daß die Farbgebung mit der der Therabänder identisch ist und wählt erst einmal das gelbe Band. Aber nein, durch Versuch und Irrtum lernte ich schnell: Die Aufteilung ist: grün, rot, gelb, schwarz, orange. Das orange Band konnte ich dann wirklich nur ein wenig bewegen.Zum Band selber:- Es ist einem angenehmen Material. Sprich, es läßt sich angenehm anfassen.- Es riecht nicht.- Es gibt eine Anleitung und eine Tasche für die Bänder.Fazit: Ideal für Zuhause und zur Mitnahme beim individuellen Training

Ho acquistato queste bande elastiche per integrarle all'allenamento che già faccio.Nella confezione troviamo il sacchettino per riporle, un piccolo manuale d'uso e le 5 bande elastiche.Tutte e 5 hanno la stessa grandezza, ma aumentano gradualmente di spessore e di conseguenza anche di forza, sono circa 30 cm x 5 cm e rispettivamente: VERDE 5 lb/ 2,2 kg, ROSSO: 7 lb/ 3,1 kg, GIALLO 10 lb/ 4,5 kg, NERO 15 lb/ 6,8 kg, ARANCIONE 20 lb/ 9 kg.Le ho già provate in qualche allenamento e mi sono trovata molto bene, sono molto leggere e facili da portare in giro grazie al sacchettino per riporle, quindi stanno comodamente in borsa/zaino anche per fare qualche allenamento all'aperto data la bella stagione.Inoltre essendo in gomma non scivolano ne si spostano durante l'utilizzo.Spedizione veloce come sempre, ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Le consiglio.

Las compré hace un año y siguen intactas como el primer día. Son muy resistentes, no se doblan y geniales para complementar tus entrenos de piernas y glúteos que es el uso que yo les doy. Muy recomendables

Per poter rendere maggiormente costante l'allenamento oltre la palestra, ho preso queste fitness bands ad anello (del diametro di 30 cm).Ho scelto questo set perché abituata ad utilizzare i 5 pesi a seconda degli esercizi e della parte su cui lavorare: sia il peso che l'elasticità delle bende sono perfetti per gli esercizi del mio workout e mi sto trovando molto bene perché le trovo di ottima qualità. Peraltro è molto semplice distinguere, non solo per il colore ma proprio per la differenza di peso e per la resistenza, le diverse bende. Sono comodissime anche da tenere in borsa perché dotate di un sacchetto molto pratico, quindi le porto anche in palestra per utilizzare le mie e non quelle comuni.Nel complesso mi trovo molto bene e le consiglio

Sí, justo por eso me he comprado estas bandas elásticas, pensando en gastarme poco dinero y para no tener que recurrir al gimnasio.Se pueden usar de forma alterna, yo personalmente lo que hago es ir intercalando: primero la amarilla que tiene un grosor intermedio, luego bien la negra o bien la naranja, que son más gruesas y termino con la roja si no estoy muy dolorida o con la verde si me he esforzado demasiado, que opone menor resistencia. Lo mejor de todo es que al ser pequeñas y pesar poco las puedes llevar donde quieras en su bolsa. Yo a casa de una amiga para animarnos mutuamente a entrenar.
