Tremendously light, but sturdy. Very sharp. Easy to use. Looks nice. The grip texture is good, but wondering how well it will hold up over time and use/washing. See second picture for close up of handle. Wonder the same for the sharpness. Great value. Seems like a great purchase after the first few uses.

This knife is good sized for dealing with smoked meats or larger cuts. Be extra careful as this thing is wicked sharp. I only wish that these knives would come with blade protectors as you have to buy them separately.

Price - it's good for the price.I am not in love with the edge of this knife, it is good enough but I wouldn't call it "good" but I've used it twice and I really want to put the stones to it. It is pretty, high carbon, the shape isn't horribly offensive the handle is kind of chunky if you don't have giant meat paws (I do so I like it)I own shun knifes for my chefs knifes and compared to those this is wildly underwhelming, but at 1/5 the price you should expect that.It wasn't stupid sharp out of the box and I kinda like it.
