Works very well for sore muscles and joints. I wish it was a little more gel like, it was rather liquidy. If I squeezed harder I would have ended up squeezing out too much.

This gel is incredible. It really does work. My massage therapist recommended it for my horrible back issues. I'm hooked. I also purchased some for my 88 year old Mother for her arthritis pain. She loved it so much that she ordered 4 extra bottles! The smell is incredible too....very soothing.

Good Fit and I like the Velcro straps on it to keep it tied down from the wind.

I bought this because Dr Oz said it would work on tender knees losing their cartilage, but it doesn't really help. It is better for strained muscles.

My mom uses it for inflammation and works great for her as well as very quickly. I use it on my temples when I feel a headache coming on and it makes a difference. Kay
