But after I inquired as to why, they quickly sent me the other $5 and change that quickly made up the full refund price that i paid for the item. The reason I returned the item is because we wanted a heart shape locket that my wife could put a lock of hair and a picture of our late grandson that we lost to cancer on November 19, 2019. The locket was nice but was way to small. we wanted something larger. 2" or so. This locket was more of a charm bracelet locket. so we sent it back and received a full refund. We were quite pleased with the way everything turned out. I would do business with these folks again.
