I have purchased a couple of coffee warmers before but they never kept my coffee hot. But this warmer is by far the best coffee warmer I have ever had. It keeps my coffee HOT not warm I plan on ordering more.

It met my expectations. It doesn’t burn the coffee until it’s on quite a while.

Keeps beverages warm, I use large mugs so they are hot on the bottom and cool on top. Requires stirring to equalize after a while. Bottom of the mug is too hot to rest on anything if left for any time. Does the job and I have mostly used it on the hottest setting-170 degrees F. Has the ability to be used on a cooler temp if the mug can't stand high temps or if you don't want the bottom getting too hot. Heats with the weight of the mug and cools fairly quickly when the mug is removed. Has a slight odor on high heat, maybe burning dust. The cord could be longer in my opinion but that might be a safety feature. I have enjoyed using the mug warmer for tea and coffee so far and expect to use it a lot this winter.

Luv luv this mug warmer. It heats your coffee hot and you can adjust how warm you like it. 130, 150, or 170. And it works!!! And also, because the base is aluminum metal it heats up fast and more stable since it has more weight on it not like the others that are just pure plastic.

This is a really nice drink warmer. It allows you to set the warming temperature as well as a timer to shut warmer off when needed. I highly recommend this product.

Two key issues:1) it is lightweight and flimsy. It does not set well on flat surfaces. It is wobbly.2) every time you pick up the coffee cup, the heat quickly kicks off. This is a hassle. I actually will set another cup or object on the burner to make sure it does not kick off and get cold. It needs to stay on for at least 5 minutes.I bought another cup warmer brand that is more sturdy and doesn’t kick off for immediately.

Use this gem on my desk at work .. love the timer feature as well ! Good quality and great for those that love hot drinks .. I get busy at work and forget about my drink ., this lil baby keeps it toasty ... sometimes hotter than it was originally !Highly recommend!

I bought a cheaper USB driven mug warmer that was a total waste of money. It couldn't keep more than the bottom 1/2 inch of coffee hotter than lukewarm! This one is perfect. It is plugged into AC, and has settings of 130, 150 and 170F, and keeps an entire cup of coffee hot at the 170F setting. A bit more expensive than the USB driven one, but well worth the price. Gonna buy one more of these and toss out that other piece of crap!

Very good product

Three temp settings. Keeps drink warm. Can put a lid on the cup if you want. The heating element gets quite hot, don't touch it especially at the hottest setting. The temp setting is bright and visible. Touch the heating element 'button' icon to turn on and cycle through the temp settings. If the drink is very low and the mug lightweight it may not sense the cup and not turn on. It needs a certain weight. When you pick up the mug it senses it and puts the heater in pause until you put the mug back down and it resumes heating.

Love this product. I’m notorious for making a hot beverage and slowly drinking and it getting cold but this keeps drink nice and hot. Love the fact I can put timer on and not worry about falling asleep since it will turn off automatically.
