Excellent product
I was looking for a new non-stick skillet and after reading the information and reviews on this decided to order. It lives up to the reviews. It's light weight but cooks like a much heavier pan. It browns meats beautifully. Clean up is a breeze. Very happy with my purchase.

This skillet is amazing!
I used this the same day I received it on very cheesy chicken parmesan. The chicken cooked perfectly and evenly. It went from stovetop to 500 degree oven beautifully. The entire dish slid right out of the pan...no residue. I rinsed it with hot soapy water and it look brand new...no scrubbing....not really even any wiping. Absolutely love it. As noted by others, the handle does get hot on the stovetop, but I used a silicon sleeve and it was great.

Can’t beat this skillet!!
I absolutely love this skillet!! I was looking for a new skillet to replace my old one of the same size because the nonstick coating was pretty much gone. I was just about ready to pull the trigger on a Scanpan but was looking around at other options because they are so expensive. When I found this one, I was pretty skeptical that it could possibly be any good since it was so inexpensive. But...wow...am I ever sold on it now!! I had followed Ayesha Curry on IG for awhile as I am a big Warriors fan, and I knew that she had launched a cookware line several months ago. I never thought about checking it out though since I figured it would be expensive and, to be honest, I wasn’t sure about the quality. Shame on me!! I should have figured that her stuff would be good and reasonably priced because of how she and Stef look out for other people. I am in love with this skillet! It’s so light but works so incredibly well...great heat distribution, nonstick, cleans up so easily...and so affordable!! And it included the lid...all for less than $40!!! I will definitely check out her line before I go back to Scanpan!! Great job, Ayesha!!

Overall great, just wish the handles were insulated
It's a nice, big frying pan that does what a frying pan is supposed to. One of the reasons I bought it was because it had the additional handle, which is useful for transporting a big meal around. Ideally, however, you could touch both handles without risk of injuring your hands while cooking, but since they're uninsulated metal, even the long handle gets a bit hot. Otherwise a very nice frying pan, just wish it had some kind of thermo resin or another insulating material on the handles.

Still amazed
Okay, let me give you the D.L. on this bad boy... The description claims it can do browning better than other pans and is easy to clean. "Yeah, okay, regular hype about a frying pan," right? WRONG. With just a bit of operator skill, this thing can create foods that Food Network would envy. Hamburgers? Seared to juicy perfection. Salmon filet? Crusty, golden goodness. Steaks? Glorious, beefy delighted with a crust to die for. Even potstickers (named because they stick to everything!) slid out in carmelized glory that none of my other pans have ever created. Now, in referring to those 'Easy to Clean' claims? Holy. Crap. Literally take the hot pan under hot water and it RINSES out 50% of the sauce/oil/leftover bits. A soft, soapy sponge swiped across the rest (around the handle joints mostly) and it is just as clean as when I opened the box three weeks ago... Remember those aforementioned potstickers?? The things that stick to EVERYTHING?? No stickiness, no scrubbing- just rinse, wipe, and done! Now, I have only had this pan a few weeks, so I can't attest to the longevity of this thing, but if it continues to perform like this for even a year, it will be worth every dime. Of course, I hope it goes longer than that and will update this review accordingly, but thus far I am in love with this pan.

The perfect pan
I love this pan because it does not stick, so is very easy to clean. It is light-weight enough so that it doesn't aggravate my arthritis. It does a great job with scrambled eggs and any sauté. I cook every day, and it's my go-to pan.

Wow!
So I have to admit, I was curious. I was in the market for a new non stick pan and and didn’t want to spend more than $50, so I went on amazon and searched for pans and up comes Steph’s wife’s cookware. I’m a huge Warrior fan, a fan of the Curry’s and decided to give it a shot. I am an avid cook and a professional baker so I was gonna scrutinize the heck out of it when I tried it. First off, when the pan came it looked gorgeous, very well made and lovely teal color. It definitely passed the eye test. My first two assignments were scrambled ages and Carnitas. I sprayed the pan with some canola oil, very lightly, and poured the eggs in. Very fast and even cooking and absolutely no mess. For the carnitas, I added too much olive oil to the pan not knowing how the non sticks feature would work with the pork. I cooked the heck out of it. Beautiful carmalization and even cooking. And absolutely no mess. After 5 more dishes I have to say, this pan is absolutely amazing! It takes little to no fat and transfers heat exceptionally. Seriously, it’s fantastic. If you have kids that cook even better because any accidental burning just wipes away. Well done! I will be adding a few more pieces. One note: make sure to use a pot holder when lifting the lid as it does get hot.
