The jump rope is really long and needs to be cut down to size. That's the bad thing about it because it's not adjustable so it's impossible to share it with someone else unless they're the same height as you. Everything work as they should.

I opened this and started using it from the first day I got it. The ab roller absolutely kills my stomach, and the resistance bands are great for workouts for me, and helping my girlfriend with her pullups. 10/10 would buy again

this is a nice set of various small pieces of equipment, a good addition to a home gym though a better value when on sale than full price which is just under $50. the bands are definitely cheap and will probably just donate them. the jumprope is nice an portable but probably my second least favorite item. the ab wheel and push up bars both need assembly but nice are stable.

All the pieces are sturdy and feel well made/durable. My husband uses the roller thing every day. This set comes with a nice variety of equipment and is definitely cheaper than buying everything individually.

What a GREAT low-cost exercise kit for beginners and the experienced! The few items that come in this kit provide an opportunity for a lot of different exercise types that will help strengthen and tone a persons body. The two floor handles can be used for push-ups, the roller can be used for upper body and abs strengthening, jump rope is pretty obvious :-) and two different tension bands for doing assisted pull ups or simulate weights for strength. I think for the money this is actually a pretty good idea. I would recommend you checking it out if it something you've been looking for. Definitely five stars.
