Excellent for thin or aging hair, especially post-menopausal. Recommended by a trusted hairdresser due to the lack of 'nasty' or unnecessary ingredients in it and the fact it maintains the hair and scalps PH level. It smells great if a little strong for me, but leave hair cleansed and soft when used in conjunction with the shampoo in the same pro-age range.
