Funciona muy bien, el sabor y lo crujiente que queda la comida al freirla es estupendo. La comida no queda grasosa y lo que me encanta es que se puede filtrar el aceite por lo que se puede utilizar por más tiempo y facilita el transporte por si se requiere llevar a una fiesta o reunión. El tamaño es bueno, pero ahora que la he estado utilizando y viendo lo práctica que es, me hubiera comprado el modelo más grande para poder freír más cosas en menos tiempo. Altamente recomendable.

I’ve been using this T-fal Compact EZ Clean Stainless Steel Deep Fryer for a few weeks now and overall I’m really happy with it. It’s the perfect size for my small kitchen — doesn’t take up much counter space but still holds enough oil for 4–6 servings of fries, chicken tenders, or onion rings. The stainless steel looks clean and modern, and the frying performance is excellent: food comes out crispy, golden, and evenly cooked every time. The temperature control is accurate, the basket is sturdy, and the viewing window is actually useful. Cleanup is honestly easier than I expected for a deep fryer. The removable oil tank, basket, and lid all go in the dishwasher, and the “EZ Clean” system does a decent job. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the oil filtration lever. It’s a little finicky — sometimes the oil drains slowly or stops flowing, and I have to gently jostle or tilt the tank to get it moving. It’s not a deal-breaker (it still filters and stores the oil fine), but it’s annoying enough that I notice it every single time I clean it. Everything else about this fryer is solid: fast heat-up, consistent frying, compact design, and it looks way nicer on the counter than most plastic models. For the price, it’s a great little machine and I’m still glad I bought it. If the filtration lever was smoother it would be a clear 5-star winner. Would recommend to anyone who wants a reliable, space-saving deep fryer and doesn’t mind a tiny extra step during cleanup.

Love this deep fryer. It was easy to use. What I love most is that I can filter the oil to use again.

This is a great fryer but a little too small for my usage at home. Love the filtration method.
