i purchased 2 of these - first one assembled with ease, with very good /easy to follow assembly instructions. the product is very nice (for what it is), functions properly; the second one (theoretically the 'same' product in a different color) - i wasn't pleased with the item; HOWEVER, the seller has excellent customer service and i was able to resolve the issues i had in a short time with positive results. the seller is most cooperative and highly responsive. i'm happy :-)

My former daughter-in-law was visiting and my cabinet had been sitting in the foyer for 2 weeks with a promise from my grand-daughter to put it together. Well, my friend asked if I wanted her to put it together and it was actually entertaining watching her go to work on it. Within 45 minutes she was through, but was having trouble with the locking mechanism. My son came in a fooled with it, but got aggravated. My friend is like me and will not let something get the better of them, so she fooled awhile longer and got it fixed. It is a nice addition to my little office space, with room to put the printer on top and other things as well. Thank you for making a great product.

after assembly drawer was stuck shut could not be open other drawers were out of square and would not shut completely. A complete piece of junk waste of my time to assemble and a waste of money.

I thought the price was good, assembly wasn’t bad, it went together pretty well.It’s nice looking, gonna work out well.

I assembled the file cabinet however have not been able to add my files as of yet. I hope that I never have to take it apart (that is if it will come apart) because it seems to be well built after assembly. However I don't know where it came from that this item could be assembled in 30 minutes. The maker of this product could not put it together in 30 minutes; more like an hour and 30 minutes.

Very nice for the price. It does take some time to build but nothing crazy. The drawers are large.

It works well for what I needed once it was built, but it was a pain to get it built. My husband gave up midway (I will caveat he is not that patient with DIY stuff) but I am usually pretty good at DIY things as long as it doesn’t require drilling. I also almost gave up on this thing though and if it weren’t for the fact that it was so heavy and would take just as much effort to disassemble as it would for me to just finish the job, I probably would have returned it. As mentioned, once built it was fine and works pretty well. But I would probably not buy again unless I was looking to torture myself.
