Love the concept
The media could not be loaded. I bought this because I absolutely despise cleaning the toilet as it is and hate the fact that toilet brushes hold on to all kinds of germs!I used it for the first time the other day and it did a good job, but I find that the head isn’t as flexible as I thought it would be but I may have just been using it incorrectly idk.All I will say is that I’d recommend leaving it to dry before disposing of the head and returning the handle to the unit :)

Received my product and it was broken doesn't clip in unless u hold the button up to keep the sponge in place
