Very absorbent and comfortable
Bought these, not sure what to expect. Well, let me say, they are very good, quiet thick, and keep me dry. Prefer pants to nappy style briefs, more convenient on the go. Will buy more

Worth the extra money
These pants hold 2.4 litres of fluid, far more than other brands - ideal for overnight use. They are relatively easy to put on and fairly strong. Like another review says, they do tend to sag with the weight of fluid, but this is the case for any brand: wearing a pair of ordinary, close fitting pants on top may help with this. They are more expensive than other brands, but the extra cost is definitely worth it.

Easy on, Easy off
A good product for anyone who needs some extra protection. They’re really easy to put on, and take off. Comfy to wear and hold a fair bit. Would reccomend.

discreet, and on time.
A pull up that I have used for a long time, for ‘between things’ intervals. When jumping out the shower and needing something to throw on for a moments peace, this is your thing. It holds a lot and doesn’t leak, at a price you simply can’t complain. Everything and more if you really need protection round the clock, but looking for something to wear between changes of significant life moments where it’s soooooo much easier to slip one of these on and crack on for an hour or so, depending on your need for protection that is.

These are good but so expensive.
These are the go to pads as they do hold alot of urine so night time use is perfect for these, I do recommend you wear boxers or underwear over the top the because it sags when its starts holding urine or you're be walking around like John Wayne. It works out at almost a pound a pair which is costly but it is what it is.

Far better than all the other brands
Great fit, was a Tena user for many years but when I tried these I never looked back, much better absorbency than Tena, better fit much more discreet no bulky bits even when wet, great all round product.

Gutes Produkt

Underwear Comfort, Diaper Security
If you have urinary incontinence and Depend or store brand absorbent underwear are leaking, try Abena Abri-Flex. I moved up to these from Depend Fit Flex for Men when my urge incontinence worsened and I started getting leaks. Depending on the day, I might have strong urges and leaking up to every 30-60 minutes and the volume can be a small gush to a large void. Abena Abri-Flex absorbent underwear handle every drop and help me feel secure that I'm fully protected. They fit very comfortably and gently hug my waist and hips so there are no gaps to cause leakage onto my clothes. The cover is soft and the inside lining is even softer. The padding is very thick, but it conforms well to my shape. It moves with me and does not bunch up when I'm active. I use these for daytime protection at work only, nights and weekends I use a tape-on Abena M4 Comfort diaper. They are easy to pull down to use the bathroom, but are ready to absorb when I don't make it to the toilet in time or can't stop what I'm doing to use the restroom. They absorb urine rapidly and I don't have a sensation of wetness after I urinate in them. The only thing I notice is the sensation of warmth and the swelling of the pad as it absorbs the urine. These do swell quite a bit as they are used, which makes them quite thick, but they dont sag or clump. Depending on how often I use them instead of the toilet, I can comfortably wear them for 4-8 hours. They are breathable, so they don't get too hot or make me sweat when I wear them. As soon as I pull up these on, I feel confident and secure that my incontinence won't cause me embarassment. I highly recommend them!

Quite absorbant compared to any other pullup i've tried. Durable when worn for a couple days without use - the absorbant doesnt clump as much as other products including m3 briefs. Never had a leak on my first order.

Great daytime use pull-up.
Really good pull ups. These are my first pull ups I've tried since I gave up on depends. I was sceptical at first as with the depends I'd get one use from them before they'd leak. I get four uses out of these which seems to get me by till I can get changed. Definitely noticable swelling at this point, but I'll take that over leaks. I feel pretty confident they'd go longer if needed. No leaks yet with daytime use. Tried them overnight and they did ok, but did leak out the top as they overflowed out the gathers at the top. I'll stick to traditional style diapers for that, and to be fair I don't think that's the intended use for these. Material is very quiet, and very soft. They fit on the small side, but they do fit the size range stated. Abenas seem to have small leg openings too. So far very impressed.
