Q: Can this be used on new drywall seams?

HELLO, I tried it on a small new joint and think that mess joint tape is still my choice for new joints. Still extremely happy with the Stress Crack Tape where I have used it on plaster wall cracks in a 1889 Senior Home that I that I maintain. I found on an old structure that applying the tape and giving it a thin coat of a elastomer joint compound works best. To my knowledge not a single crack has "opened" back up. Big Fun of this product, fast and effective.

Q: Is this pre-textured?

Not textured at all, it's flat white with jagged edges, best application is flat smooth walls, or apply then texture over

Q: Can use at outside corners

Yes. Crease the tape in the desired direction prior to removing the backing. This will generate a nice line for either your inside or outside corner. Thanks for supporting our USA made product. Stepsaver Products
