Bosom Buddies: The Complete Series

Got this set today and started watching it right away! Of course, it's a little dated but the comedy is still very funny, I was laughing out loud. And refreshingly they did all these hilarious scenes with no swearing or sick jokes. I followed this entire series back when it first aired and loved it, we laughed so much at these two amazing young men and the rest of the cast too. It was very disappointing when it ended after only 2 years. But I am so pleased these talented people all did well in their careers after the series ended. I sure was sad both when Wendie Jo Sperber and then Peter Scolari passed away, they were both wonderful actors and people, gone too soon. I highly recommend it if you want a funny, silly, and charming tv show the whole family can watch...watching it now is like having a plate of comfort food!

Bosom Buddies was a GREAT TV show!!!! I loved it and bought the WHOLE SERIES on DVD!!!! LOVE IT!!!! I received the DVD set QUICKLY and in PERFECT CONDITION!!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Loved this show growing up - any 15yo boy that had a "buddy" identified with shows like this. Whether Starskey & Hutch, the Duke Boys, Ten Speed and Brown Shoe, etc. You were one guy, your friend was the other. If you and your pal were into comedy, you followed the paths of Crosby and Hope, Martin and Lewis and so on. So here was a series that made a lot of this formula. Kip and Henry had that wonderful chemistry that you loved to watch. You wished (or hoped) you were them. "We're that funny!" "They're like us!" We'd steal remarks for use at school, talk about any episode we didn't watch together, and was sad to see it end. Sadly, Tom and Peter never did a real buddy or road type movie together. Think that woulda been fun. So I was stoked to get the whole run here. As most fans, I must say I do miss the familiar Billy Joel "My Life" intro - that had a LOT to do with carrying you into the show. And of course more extras would have been awesome. But, all in all, still funny, great show, and brought back wonderful memories and moments with my bosom buddy - Kenny (my Henry) sadly, now in the 60 Second Street above. For you, Ken!

The original run in the early 80s made this my favorite show ever. Now I have the entire series whenever I want. Thanks to my awesome wife. I love it so much, she made it my Valentine gift!

I loved this show when it was on TV. I have not been able to find it to watch otherwise. I love that I purchased it and it came in perfect condition and protected. I am having fun watching it again.

When I was a kid I remember watching this on re-runs over a decade after the show had ended. It is silly, light-hearted fun and features a very young Tom Hanks.Spoiler: the second season was very different from the first and the show lost a lot of what made it unique which aided in its cancellation.I never see this show on TV anymore and thought it would be a good idea to pick this up to watch and show friends who had never heard of it.

This Is A Great Series And A Great Find For Tom Hanks Doing A Series. I Am Certainly Going To Love This Show
