It was easy to transfer everything from my old one to this one, it works great, the touchscreen is awesome. Great buy.

Happy with the computer, but not the operating system. It is confusing.
Happy so far. Tried to set up the internal camera sign in option, but the installed camera doesn;t work with the Microsoft sign in. Not sure why microsoft has anything to do with it though.

Excellent PC for home users
I've had 7 PCs over the last 30 years and this one is the best yet. After an easy setup, it boots quickly and runs without intermittent slowdowns. Ideal for my uses, which do not include gaming or high intensity image processing. Display seems fine to me. A fully charged battery lasts about 3 hours.

This is my brand new laptop?
I got my laptop last night. Set it up, checked my school work, and went to bed. Got up this morning, opened it up, and got this message. It’s as useful as a brick to me now. Actually, less useful because a brick can be used to level things. I’m hoping I can call on my break and get it fixed, but I’m not hopeful. How am I supposed to do my homework with this?!Edit: Got the replacement in. It was flickering and blinking so I did the updates, and guess what?! SAME EXACT BOOT SCREEN! I’m done. Just give me a refund, I will NEVER go through Asus again!

excellent and fast computer
I had to return a different version of this computer due to it, not having a backlit keyboard. Love the speed and slim look at this, plus it’s lightweight and easy to carry.
