I was having the door knobs fitted and door knobs came off from the mechanism completely. I would like to have a replacement sent out

Estilo y utilidad
He refrescado mis puertas y quería tener la posibilidad de cerrar la habitación por dentro y por fuera. El pomo es robusto y de buena calidad. El montaje es fácil. Lo que falta es la información si los demás pomos llevas diferentes llaves visto que quiero que se puedan cerrar las diferentes puertas de mi vivienda con llaves distintos y lamentablemente está descripción no está disponible en los detalles del producto ni me llegó tras consultarlo a través de una pregunta por la app. Al poner el segundo pomo he podido comprobar que las llaves son diferentes y estoy muy contenta :-)
