This is an electric pump steamer, so the pump is pushing out the hot water not the pressure from a boiler. It heats in about 2 minutes, and you activate it from the wand. This unit pushes out a bunch of hot water if that is what you are looking for, not a high pressure steam. I attached a picture of its output so you can see what I'm talking about. The unit is light and you fill it from the side - I kept trying to remove the tank but that's attached to the unit - don't rip it off. We are using it for sanitizing tools. So, for those that need something that pumps out a lot of hot water more than steam, this should work.

Steamer gets hot very quickly, use caution ⛔️, very easy to get burned due to the faulty attachments. The securement mechanism is completely useless, attachments get loose and fall off burning you no matter what you do to try and counter it. This machine is not designed to sit upright if using it as a portable steamer, and if you lie it down the intake nozzle only can pull water if it’s completely full. The hose is very short which makes it very awkward to use. I really want to like this steamer but what a disappointment this is for the amount of money. If the attachments were secure I would be happy enough but so many things lacking due to poor design. Returning this unit and will be looking for something else that will be easier, better, and safer to use.

The unit works as it should, but the only problem that I have is that it is designed to be hung on the wall, which is convenient, but when you are using the device in another room, it is awkward to place it down when you are not using it because of the shape, basically it will just topple over on the floor. I wish that it would have included feet or a stand to place it on.

I wanted to love this but my unit is difficult to fill up and leaks out of the opening because the water plugs it up and doesn't let air out, so it just sits in the opening until I tip it so that air can escape from the opening to let the water pass through.Also, the attachments leak at the connection point, especially for the squeegie. I've burned myself several times because of this.My last annoyance is that it has to be carried. It doesn't stand up on its own and laying it down isn't the best because the hose is so short. The handle is inconvenient because it leaves it at an angle and also gets tiring to carry.While the company gave me a carry bag for free, it does help with carrying it upright, but it's still heavy.This product is average at best. I wish I loved it, but it has lots to improve on.

The media could not be loaded. I watched the video and followed the steps to install it. Super easy to use. I've been using this product for a few days and am generally happy with it. This product is so convenient for cleaning the range hood and oven; it completely frees my hands! And I can disinfect the cutting board and knives, which really solved the problem that had been bothering me for decades. Glad I bought this excellent product!

This steam cleaner does generate a high-pressure steam/water jet, and it does heat up very quickly. Unfortunately, it feels like the design was 80% complete when DAYOO decided to take it to market. The assortment of attachments is pretty cool, though a bit confusing without any useful instructions. You get a nylon bristle scrub brush tip, a brass bristle scrub brush tip, an attachment that has a donut-shaped chunk of scrubber sponge material velcroed on, a simple jet and a squeegee. The scrub brushes are small, but for some reason, the adapter needed to connect them is super long. Most of the attachments leak at least a little. This is not great considering the high temperature of the leaking water. I would suggest wearing safety equipment such as gloves, goggles and a thick apron while using this. And I would turn it off if anyone, especially small children, are nearby.In spite of the so-so accessory line-up, you can blast away baked on grease from your stovetop. It takes a while and leaves a puddle behind that needs to be sopped up, but the result is better than what I can achieve with some 409 and a sponge.The real problem with this product is in the design of the tank and the lack of a stand. If you look carefully at some of the seller's videos, you will see a plexiglas stand holding the steamer main unit in an upright position, as if it were hanging on the wall. This is the only position where the suction line in the tank can reach the water after you've drained the tank down to about 98%. That's right - this device was designed to NOT such water into the heater if it lays on its side or back. You either have to hand this thing on the wall and take all your dirty stuff to it, or you have to carry the tank around and hold it in the position the handle is NOT designed to hold it in. Absolutely idiotic.I may put together some kind of a stand to make this steamer actually useful. That's a lot of work for a not-super-cheap item that obviously was designed to NEED a stand! Very disappointing that DAYOO's people didn't see these extremely obvious problems during the design process.Not recommended at all. This product is designed to be a pain in the rear, and it is not safe.

The media could not be loaded. This steam cleaner is easy to operate without complicated procedures. Suitable for people who have less space or renting a room. Cause it's easy to carry. What's better for me, an environmentalist, is that more water is saved and no more detergent is needed, which is environmentally friendly.

I had this for one day, loved how it looked and it heats quickly. However one of the attachments kept falling off the first time I used it. Returning and looking for a better brand.
