Shipping was good product presents well comes with one dual port battery pack the garment looks well made sizing chart is very accurate follow it for usa sizes the flaws are that the battery pack can only run piece of garment at a time due to the garment plugs not being configured to both be able to plug at once battery seems low quality only lasted two hours on high heating elements seem weak an have low heat out put but may be limited by the battery I haven’t tried plugging in to my bikes power yet an have only tried the bottoms for now have to get a pig tail for my bike n see how they do then

They don’t fit right you can’t hook to blue tooth and top and bottom can’t be connected to one battery

i like that it kept me warm even with out turning them on. i should have bought one size bigger though. i went off what i usually wear in regular thermals. go bigger is all i have to say about that, you'll be happy you did. but that was my fault. what i didnt like was, there was only one battery. luckily i had a few already. all in all i like the product.

Usb plug is in same direction. Can't be plug in at same time because of shae of plug. Usb plug(power button) for bottom and top are on opposite sides. Would need a second battery pack to wear at same time.

The media could not be loaded.  Material is good inside and out. Very soft and comfy. The shirt turned on but the pants didn't want to turn on. Heating element takes a while to heat up, I'm guessing just like any other brand out there. Would be higher rating if the pants works too. Oh and it also came with 1 battery, will need to buy another one for the shirt or pant. Most likely will return this because for the price I expected more.
