Only used for one month two tablets once a day not sure I noticed any difference so I’m trying recommended product instead

I was looking to dip a toe into nootropics just to see if it would actually have any effect. I have recently been struggling to concentrate as work with a lot going on, as we all have, big things, small things and everything in-between. I don't really know if this the effect is a placebo effect but I really do feel different after taking these. Concentration is up, time seems to go quicker and I don't believe I have been typing Amazon reviews for an hour when I should be working (it def effect elongates my working time concentration also). The other effect is that where I may have in the past been stumbling over words when talking in meetings I feel a little sharper, "umming" and "errrrring" less.they are Vegan, non-GMO - and gluten free, which is important for some so that's good. I also prefer my caffeine in espresso based form, so glad to have found this is caffeine free.the packaging is reasonable in terms of size and build and is recyclableIt has had no detrimental effect for me and at worst it has a bunch of vitamins and extracts that are reportedly beneficial for the body.

Have been taking these for around 3 weeks now. I only take them on my work days for an extra boost. Initially I could feel the difference when taking them however now I’m unsure perhaps I’ve gotten used to them. I’m unsure if it’s a placebo however I do feel more productive and calmer when taking them it’s just not as amplified now as it was when I first started on them.
