Cheap Yet Chic
First I must say that I was so grateful to see a lightbulb provided with this lamp and although I don't know if I'll ever be able to find this type of lightbulb again, it is greatly appreciated as an extra. For me at first, I was a bit confused by the instructions but eventually I made sense out of it and assembled the legs in less than two minutes. Initially I didn't think I'd be able to get the lamp like how it is in the picture based off of the pieces but I was quite surprised to watch it all come together. All together, I'd say I spent less than ten minutes assembling this lamp and I think it adds a nice little touch of chic to my bedroom. It obviously isn't the best quality but you do get what you pay for. But if the purpose is to add a little light to your space and liven it up a bit with a nice piece then why not? Who's going to know that you didn't spend a fortune on it when it's serving its purpose and providing light?

Three-Legged Luminary: A Tale of Light and Struggle!
When I embarked on the 'Illuminate My Abode' quest, armed with a cup of coffee and unbridled optimism, the Tripod Floor Lamp promised to be my shining knight. But even knights have their chinks, and alas, so did my assembly experience.Picture this: me, components spread out like a DIY enthusiast's dream, only to find the threads on this tripod more stripped than my last attempt at wallpaper removal. Was this lamp pre-loved and returned, or just a design oversight? The world may never know. A twist here, a turn there, and I was playing a grown-up version of 'Operation,' except every buzz was a silent plea for strength.Despite the threading fiasco, perseverance (and maybe a touch of stubbornness) saw me through. The lamp now stands tall—not as a testament to engineering prowess, but to the enduring human spirit (and maybe a smidge of brute force). The beige/black linen shade? Still a harmonious marriage of sophistication and boldness, casting a light that's as calming as my zen garden (if I had one). And those 3 color temperatures are like mood rings for my room—each one telling its own story. As for stability, it's got the determination of a toddler learning to walk—shaky, but upright. And if it’s still shining without a flicker or a lean, I haven't felt compelled to update this saga.If you're up for a challenge that ends with a stylish, functional beacon in your living room (or any room really), this Tripod Floor Lamp may be your next grand adventure. Just keep your expectations (and possibly a handy drill) at the ready, because 'easy assembly' might not be in its vocabulary.

Sleek and stylish lamp
This lamp is very stylish and once assembled looks a lot more expensive then it actually is. Here's a rundown of my thoughts:ProsChic design that looks high-endHas 2 different color settings for the bulb, warm and coolLightweight and easy to moveHas a handy foot pedal to turn light on and offThe color of the metal and white shade look very nice together and can be used with multiple different decor typesConsSetup is a little difficult and will require some patience to make sure all parts are properly lined upEach individual leg feels a tab bit flimsyLegs can easily be bent by hand, maybe not ideal for homes with toddlers that like to climbCord is thin and if handled too often may breakOverall this light looks great in my living room and I would recommend it to people as long as they understand that it needs to be handled with a bit of care.

Beautiful lamp with some issues
I love the style of this lamp. The black and gold is modern and goes with my decor. I chose the black shade option, and think the lighting is beautiful through the shade. The lamp comes with an included bulb with three different color temperatures. I really appreciate being able to choose a warmer or cooler light. I did notice two issues when I was assembling this. The first is that the gold metal came scratched. It's not highly noticeable though, as I am able to turn the lamp around. The second is that I can not seem to get the lamp shade to close and align. I have put together many shaded lamps similar to this one, and just can not get it to close. As this lamp will not be facing anything but a wall, I can hide the shade in the back against a wall. If you plan on placing this lamp in a room where you can see all sides of the lamp, please note this possible defect of the shade. All in all, I think it's a great way to add some interest and update your space through lighting.

Beautiful
This lamp is beautiful.very easy to set up with the legs of the tripod screwing into itthe other parts and connection to the gold section of the lamp. The lamp shade was a bit too small and I was not able to close it flush. That the reason for the lack of 1 star and I've included a photo of how it fit. There are various light settings and you can change them by repeated pressing the power button. The photo I uploads was the warm white. l

Nice design!
I was pleasantly surprised by this lamp. It came in small box that was light. The shade had to be unrolled and assembled. Unlike the other review I had no problem getting the shad to connect completely and there is no gap. Remaining assembly was very simple. This has a nice mid century modern look. The overall design and material give it the appearance of a quality item. The bulb with three color temperatures is neat touch. I haven't been able to switch between daylight, soft white, and warm white with other lamps. In my own opinion, three levels of intensity would have been better. The light output is not extremely bright, but this is because it is a single bulb at a 60w equivalent. It creates good ambiance, but don't expect it to fully illuminate another room unless you move to a higher wattage bulb. That being said, my one critique is that it uses an E26 bulb. This seems to be fairly common on Amazon lamps, but just know E26 bulbs aren't as common as A19. You will pay more for E26 bulbs and it is hard to find one in a higher wattage. Also, the variable color temperature feature is built into the original bulb, so this feature will be obsolete unless the replacement bulb also has this feature.Despite my criticism of the bulb/lighting the lamp itself looks nice and seems solid.
