Great fit

The pads that go into the pockets have a tendency to work their way out over a few hours of wearing the belt. I wish the pockets they went in were deeper or had some form of closing mechanism. The belt itself works great. I'm going to wear it even after surgery for at least a month to help me heal.

While the concept is good, the actual product has some major issues. It fits nicely around the waist, but the end of the belt flaps loosely and is not secured. If that's not enough, the Velcro straps that attach at the front and back, are rough and chaff badly. I only wore it for 1/2 hour and couldn't wait to take it off. The inside of my thighs were rubbed raw. Definitely could not be worn for any real length of time. Maybe putting some padding under them would help, but to me it's not worth the time and effort to try to improve as a DIY project. If they can fix the belt issue, and find some padded straps, this would get a better rating. As it is, I cannot recommend.

Needs better instructions, we had to go look at your ads to see how it fit, After we got it to fit right wore until I had the Hernia Repair Surgery. I ordered 2 so I always had a clean one.

I received the Miracle Stock Hernia Belt Truss which is designed to provide single or double hernia support. I bought it for my son to use but I tried it out as well for a day so I could provide more details than he provided. I am impressed with the quality of the velcro and the comfort of the waist band.It comes with two removable compression pads which help to support weak muscles by applying gentle pressure. The belt is sturdy and well-made. The velcro is nice and strong and it feels very secure and did not move when it was fastened tightly. It is nice that the compression pads are removable in case you don't need either or only need one. The sizing was accurate and the medium fit well for both of us (waist sizes 30 and 33). It is adjustable to help it fit snugly. He wears it over compression shorts so that it doesn't rub on his skin and I tried it over my leggings with a long shirt on top. We both found it to be pretty comfortable. I wouldn't recommend wearing it without something underneath though because it does need to fit snugly for it to work and that would irritate your skin.I didn't really care for the pads poking the top of my leg in the groin area when I was seated but after awhile I got used to it. The pads also started to move up out of the pocket after standing and sitting a few times. I also found it wasn't super comfortable to cross my legs when sitting like I normally would. It was fine walking around though and they stayed put. I tried removing the pads but then I felt like it didn't have enough pressure where it needed to without them. The straps that go underneath do press quite a bit where your leg meets your 'not leg anymore' so I could see that being a pain point when wearing this for long periods of time. I had to unconnect it to go to the bathroom which wasn't super convenient but I didn't deduct for that since I think that would be an issue with any hernia belt. I deducted a star for the movement and lack of comfort of the pads when sitting. I attached some pictures to show the belt, pads and instructions. I will spare you all from seeing a picture with it on.
