I make an Essiac Tea Tonic regularly and add a little more of the Sheep Sorrel to the blend when I make it.This works great for me for many ailments. My son complained recently of loss of energy and a headache. I told him to drink some of the tea and he felt better quickly and as a result, he started drinking the tea daily also.
