This is my 2nd time buying this. My daughter had her grandmas ashes in it and because she is 13 she wears other necklaces and won’t take none off so some stones fell out . I bought the 1st one in 2017 so it held up very well. Enough to purchase twice ….

The pendant broke after a few weeks of wearing it. They want me to return it to help me have it replaced or refunded. But my father's ashes are inside of it and I refuse to send it in with his ashes in it. As per the instructions to crazy glue the urn once the ashes are inside this is why we are unable to get the ashes out and the reason why we will not return it. For that reason they will not replace or refund.

My husband an My Family are from Ireland although we did not meet there. Unfortunately, I needed to purchase this after my husband passed away 9 years ago. We had planned to go back but were not able to go before he passed from Lung Cancer. I have several necklaces to hold his ashes but this is my favorite. The Funeral home gave mea catalog with a wide selection of Urns and tokens to contain the ashes, but the price was outrageous. Its very nice quality of those items i purchased but after losing my Mum on January 1st this year, i decided to check from Amazon and was pleasantly surprised by the selection of items. I have bought many of these type of items and gave as gifts for after losing my mum and only aboutsix weeks later, my Auntie also passed away. I purchased a number of these trpes of trinkits for family members that lost their mum also. Granted, these are not pure Gold and the cost reflects that, but with the way our society is these days with so many deaths from Covid19 or whatever, both myself and others that i gave these beautiful Trinkits meant a lot to them. Due to the cost,I was able to purchase several designs and didnt break the bank while doing it.I hope that in your families needs that you will appreciate the quality of thesebeautiful items.The only downside i have is the fu nels that were included is so tiny that it plugs up, so i folded a piece of clean paper and put the ashes on it and pouredtheashes in itthat way. The opening of the jewlery is extremly narrow and i ended up using my fingers to fill it up.I hope that in your time of need you too will be Blessed by God the way my family has been Blessed.
