Definitely not as advertised, the tip is very soft & fine and as you try to apply, the point bends making it impossible to accurately direct the application of the liner and I couldn't get a steady flow. I cant tell if this is the way it is supposed to be or if I received an almost dried out item.I am not a first time user of eyeliner, I know my way around a good product.~ I expected it to be revolutionary
