Relief of Plantar Fasciitis? What a Joke. Don't waste your money, they don't work for that!
After reading all the positive advertisement about how good these insoles were for aliviating a condition known as plantar fasciitis, I fell for it and bought the pair even though I thought they were on the expensive side (compared to others). What I got from them was a pair of cheap hard plastic pieces weighing no more than 5 grams each, what I would call 'half soles', because they barely covered my heel and half of my arch. Anyway, I slipped them under my cushion pads in my shoes just like they instructed. Tried them out for a full week and a half, even though there were hard and uncomfortable to walk in. At the end of the trial I was ready to toss them in the garbage bin. I got absolutely zero relief from my plantar fascitis, which is the one reason I had bough tthem in the first place, and also given the amount of exagerated advertising on their part to sell the product (my fault for believing all their crap!). So indeed, I ended up tossing them in the gargabe (a lot of money for two crappy pieces of plastic not worth 10 cents a piece!!). Altogether, a totally disappointing experience, a lot of deceiving advertising and a complete waste of my money! I would give this company less than a star if there was a way, but definitely I give them two thumbs down in this review. It's called false advertising with intent to lie and fool the public in order to make a quick sale and make people think they're getting a good thing. Sadly that's the modus operandus days for a lot of folks out there, and these people are no different! My advise: Steer away from these guys and don't waste your money!

Hurt my feet
I can only wear these for no more than 2 hours. They hurt after that.

Keeps your feet in a proper position
So far these are working for my heel and arch pain. I also have metatarsal issues and experience extreme pain in that area but these didn’t seem to help the metatarsal issues at all. They do help heel and arch pain though and they keep your feet in a proper aligned position. These are to be worn under your insoles, they stayed in place well, I even used them in my snake boots while weed eating a very steep hill and they stayed put. Wish they helped my stupid metatarsal pain but they didn’t claim they would. These are for PF and for arch support and they seem good for those issues so far. Definitely worth a try. Recommend

Don't bother
Took them to my podiatrist to show him. He explained they would not work for me. I sent them back.

They Do What They Are Supposed To Do
I have some expensive prescription insoles similar to these that cost me $200 a set. The prescription version is more heavily constructed and will last longer than these, but these I am anticipating lasting longer than the soft-cushiony insoles.I have pretty flat feet and 230-250 lbs, so need all the help that I can get and I usually end up crushing softer versions before they are supposed to be changed. Three weeks and these are holding up fine as near as I can tell and my plantar fasciitis isn't bothering me. The only question for me at this point is how long they will last. Hopefully, I can update later. As for others who have complained about them being hard, I don't disagree. My prescription versions are as well. I also found I got used to it very quickly. YMMV.
