I've found that some of the flavors of hydration mixes in general can be hit or miss, but this one actually tastes quite good to me.I've used it when I was feeling under the weather due to the amount of vitamins in the mix, don't know if it helped any but it did help me stay hydrated. (Note I'm not a medical professional, so take this statement for what it is)

When I got this unopened, sealed tub of drink mix, i expected it to be at least halfway full to allow for room. But this tub was about 1/4th of the way full. the scoop was scraping the bottom to fill it up it was so shallow. This is supposed to be 30 drinks worth of powder? No way. more like 20 max.way too expensive for the amount you get, especially if this is supposed to be a sealed, unopened product.
