Was bit hesitant to buy a renewed laptop. But took a plunge as I wanted to buy good specs laptop for back office work. Turns out the laptop was surprisingly in good shape and fast enough for our needs. So far working well.

The product was good and in working condition. However, I was given a wrong charger. When I complained, I was forced to return and could not ask for a replacement charger. Very disappointed.
