Flat feed…helped a lot by supporting instep

Way too small, not British foot sized, ok for a 8 year old Geisha. Good idea but useless

These may work for some people, I don't know.What I can say is that they actually caused me pain and I did try to work through it on the basis that I might need to get used to them but I'm still in pain now after using them for a couple of days so I won't be using them again.

Eight foot arch supports for under a tenner looks like good value to me, and not only are these good value, they work pretty well too. They came in a shrink-wrapped packet which was weird, but makes a lot of sense really.They are well made and have good padding on both sides of the pad in the support area. I can't comment on longevity yet but there are four pairs in a packet so you're covered for a while. There are no washing instructions though so I guess you just chuck them in with your laundry on a normal wash and hope for the best. They smell a bit 'elasticy' when new but that will fade over time.The only negative I find is that they are pretty tight around the foot. I mean, that's good as they don't move about, but it can get a bit uncomfortable. Perhaps they may loosen a little over use. FYI, I'm a size 10.5 foot if it helps.Overall, a great value purchase.
