Great design and sturdier then I thought
The ahs tray was sent in a solid box that protected it will for overseas shipping.Quite a thick and heavy metal considereing its just folded sheet. Easy to assemble and looks great in the fireplace.

More work taking the tray out!
I was hoping for an easier way to keep the fireplace clean but now I have to removeeverything to clean the tray! Too much work, so I stopped using it. The Tray itself isgreat, very sturdy but added extra work… easier to clean fireplace as usual.
