I bought this item for my mother in law and got large. It was a little too big it barley was able to reach the velcro. She liked it for the comfort the material is very soft. I would recommend a medium if your neck is not too thick. It does lave a long Velcro strap and can be adjusted.

thought I bought the right size, but it appears to run small. Felt like I was choking when I tried to wear it at night. Sent it back and bought a differnt brand that promises to run a little larger so I can breath, LOL.

I have bulging discs in my neck and work behind a desk all day. My neck is always killing me. I really needed something to help me achieve a better working posture and help my neck rest and reset. I wasn’t expecting much when I ordered this. Most of the other things I’ve tried were like torture devices and this looked kinda flimsy, but I was intrigued by the softer look of it thinking I might actually be able to tolerate wearing it. Well, I was pleasantly surprised and a bit shocked at how much this helped realign my neck. And, it was comfortable!!! The material is soft and the brace itself is slightly moldable. It’s easy to get on and off with the Velcro closure and half the time I forget I’m wearing it. I like that the covering is removable and washable. I’m a very happy camper.

I ordered the medium size according to there chart. It was too small. Ordered the large side and it was also too small but I was able to just barely fasten it so I kept it.

Does not fit comfortably and its the biggest size. Pluse tried it as best as i can put on doesnt work

This neck brace is contoured to fit around your neck more comfortably than a straight brace. It also is structured, yet not too stiff and the four cut outs allow for airflow so it doesn't get hot. It also comes with a sleeve that can be removed and washed. The circumference of my neck is 14" and the medium fits perfectly.The velcro closure on this is well made and closes well so my hair doesn't get stuck in it. This did arrive with an odor but I just hand washed the brace in the sink with some delicate fabric detergent and put it in the dryer on the air dry cycle. Now that it's clean, I'll just remove the outer sleeve to keep it clean. I tried out two braces and this is the one I plan to use to help keep my neck/chin aligned for CPAP therapy.

This review requires a lot more explanation than most. I've suffered from neck pain for various reasons for over 35 years but have never needed or even thought about wearing a neck brace because sleeping with neck support pillows has pretty much been what I've needed. Several weeks ago, my neck started hurting in a new way, which made sleeping a lot harder. I just couldn't get my head positioned in a way that would ease the discomfort enough.So I decided to buy a couple of foam neck braces to see if they would help. This was the first one I tried, and it's a winner! Wearing this while still using my usual pillow did the trick the very first night I tried it. The only issue was that I was so aware it was there that it distracted me, but it wasn't a comfort issue, just that it was new and unusual for me. It's been nine nights now, and I've long since gotten really used to it and am really happy. (The other brace I mentioned buying just didn't fit right for me and my pillow, and I gave up even trying to sleep with it after 15 minutes and several attempts at readjusting it.) Time will tell how durable it is, but it appears to be well made.Okay, so I've said this is exactly what I needed, but I'm giving it four stars and putting a warning about the sizing in the headline. Why? Well, my neck measures 16 inches, that's the size of my collars when I buy dress shirts. Based on that, I bought a medium brace first since it says it's for 15-18" necks. Well, I'm able to use it comfortably, but there's less than an inch of overlap of the strap and brace, so there's no way that someone with a neck much larger than 16 inches can use it. I've since bought the large size, and I'm perfectly fine sleeping with both sizes, but I'm not sure that the large will work for someone with an 18" neck. They really need to call the two current sizes small and medium, then add a large to the lineup.

This next support does its job well. It supports my head so that the pressure is taken off my neck. It really helps to ease a stiff neck that I sometimes get from sleeping in an awkward position or from working for a long time at the computer. I find it works best for me by alternating it on for an hour or so and then off for 20 - 30 minutes. After having the brace on for about 2 - 3 hours my neck is usually much improved. I also like that the cover is washable, which keeps the brace fresh. Be sure to measure your neck diameter so you order the right size.
