Excellent tape, for the most part
I used this tape when installing some lino in a bathroom. It is very sticky and works a treat. The only slight issue I had with it is peeling off the top strip is a bit fiddly, but it does come away. So strong it started to pull off the top layer of plywood when I tried to move the position of it. Recommended

Very sticky
Don’t use scissors. They’ll get gummed up. Score with a Stanley knife. This tape is ridiculously sticky and does the job very well. But it’ll take a little time to get used to how to handle it. I stuck vinyl flooring to individual tiles. So far all has held very well.

Less mess.
Much less messy than adhesive. Easy to use on vinyl flooring and carpet. A bit fiddley to peel backing off but that's a problem with any double sided tape. It was recommended to me by a professional floor layer.

Excellent product for laying vinyl cushion flooring
The tape works extremely well for holding the edges of vinyl cushion flooring being just the right width to provide enough grip. It is also comparatively easy to manage. We have found a multitude of uses for it since its original use.

Sticky enough
Good adhesion but a pain to use. Picking off the backing paper was horrendous and cutting it is an art. It can easily twist and stick to itself. Real pain to use but once down, it sticks lino down brilliantly.
