Love these and I keep repurchasing them. Really nice smell of apple and taste of apple too. These give me a good boost throughout the day. I've been taking these a good couple of months now and I recommend them. The texture is like a gummy sweet there is no nasty after taste. It is a screw top lid quite a large round plastic tub perfect to put into your handbag and you receive about a month's worth which is good amount for the money you pay

Smell and taste good, quite a nice consistency
Probably haven't been taking them long enough to see any real difference but they taste ok and the jelly consistency is ok and not powdery like some vitamins are.

Misleading product. You're not getting the levels you think you are and it's not optimal for women's health. Product is fine but the vitamin content is so so off. Such a lack of nutrients.
