I got a defective motor I asked for you to ship a new motor, no, ya want me to ship back,, I payed to have someone set this up disabled , I payed to fill it now want me to pay for someone to come packing it,, I am disabled this was for my pain,, I am disqusted

Hot tub I would not get it does not hold 4 to 6 people holds two people that's all if the electricity has trouble or anything it blows out immediately the bladder or blow up top does not hold air at all it deflates very easily does not hold water out so that when the hot tub fills up when it's raining the clips unhooks and everything comes off.. I definitely would not recommend this hot tub at all and the seats are very uncomfortable

I liked the easy set up and build in displayI didn’t like the fact that it takes 12 hours or more to get it to 100+ degrees i would probably won’t go for it , others may use hot water from the boiler but mine is on the other side of the houseDecided to keep it and fill with hot water or wait 12 hours hopefully my electricity won’t be too high, will update later after the cold weather to see if my bill is too high or not, the date now is 2/2024Love it !!!

We put this tub up last week and have used it twice. We go out to check it today to sit in it later and it went from 104 to 83 and currently still dropping. It is inside a shed so there is no elements and we have went through the trouble shooing steps with no luck.Also, the seats don’t stay in place, they float around under you… crappy quality .

Heater stopped working 4 months in, only got half refund, terrible experience.
