Looks great could be sturdier
Looks great. Could have been sturdier, tad too soft and stretcher than would like. Still great though...

Nice strap with pull-up leather, perfect thickness too, just please don't fold the strap in the package next time, it creat fading color mark on the place

Love the feel of the leather
I love the look and feel of the oiled leather. It went very well with both Orient Kano and Seiko Samurai.

Very Nice for my Seiko SNK805
After eight years of owning a Seiko SNK805, I finally niced it up with this strap. On the one hand I always liked that little (37mm case) automatic Seiko. On the other hand I never really liked the green military-style strap it came with. Plus the watch always felt a bit too small for my wrist. Well, it only took eight years, but I finally realized changing the strap might be the way to go. I ordered the 18mm "sand" colored one because it provides such a nice contrast with my Seiko's olive green dial. There are some complaints about the strap being too thin, but I disagree. A thick leather strap for a NATO/Zulu style strap would provide too much bulk (plus it has to fit through the spring bars!). This one gives my Seiko just that little bit of extra heft it needed. A thicker strap probably would be overkill for this Seiko, but your mileage may vary with a different watch. There are different ways of wearing a NATO/Zulu strap. For this watch, I prefer the one whereby the extra flap goes on the opposite side of the wrist from the watch. That way, all the buckles and the bulk of the strap nicely balance out the watch, both in weight and appearance, giving it a nice symmetrical look and feel.In short: it's great. I find myself looking at an eight-year old watch like it's a new one.

Handsome but too big
Bought this to replace the watchband on my Timex Weekender. It looks great, and was easy to install, but I have a small wrist so it doesn’t fit the best. Even with it tightened to the second-smallest notch, the watch sits off-center on my wrist and the buckles are in the wrong place. I trimmed the end with a pair of scissors so that helps, but wish this band came in a smaller size so it would look great out of the box. It’s a handsome band but would only recommend if you have beefier wrists.

Looks good but the metal bits are bulky
What you can't see in the photos is that the oval rings are quite large and stick out quite a bit. Maybe they lay down better after you wear the strap awhile and wear in the leather. But I didn't get that far because the metal rings stuck out so far and scratched up my laptop while I was typing. Everything else about the construction was great and I love the masculine look.

Thin leather
I guess I should have analyzed the description better and looked at the mil thickness of the leather, very thin and not sturdy. Other than that it’s a good band for the money.
