Wowww ! Seriously , these soles are so comfortable . I have pain issue in my knee and finally i get relief 🫶🏻 . Quality was so good and it really really effectiveness .

Decently Good
I changed my football boot insole with this one and the Heel Pain which I always have after every football games significantly decrease, right from the I first time I use it.My only little complaint is, although it looks deceptively thick from the side. It is not that thick since it recessed in the middle area.

Beware !! It's too heavy to use as insoles !
Beware !! It's a nonreturnable product and the material is too heavy to use it as insole for any shoe. It would significantly increase the shoe weight and lead to ache. It's not ergonomically designed.

amazing for badminton
