Brilliant product. I managed to get some great photos with this kit. It was really simple to open up and after a YouTube video easy to fold away. Would recommend if you are interested in portrait photos. Good price and it came in a simple zip up bag. Many Thanks

This was actually bought as a replacement for my old one of these.On the old one (which I heavily used for about 6 years) the zip finally gave way on outer bit and needed replacing.This is a great, reliable multi-use tool. I think throughout my old ones life, I used every side of it for one thing or another. It’s nice to have the option of silver and white to change the intensity of your reflected light. The gold is probably the least useful side, and the black can be handy from time to time. The translucent part I also didn’t overly use, but it has been handy on a few occasions.Two ways they could improve this: put the white and silver on the same sides. Firstly, I typically get out the white first and if I decide ‘actually, I need something more intense’ it’s a few minutes of song and dance to take the sleeve off, turn it over, and put the silver on. And visa versa. If they were just on opposite sides I could flip it over no problems and switch between the two very easily rather than slow down my shoot while that switch is made. It’s a small thing but would make a difference I feel. Black and gold as I mentioned are the two less useful colours available.Secondly, make the carry case better quality. That thing normally rips and dies very quickly in my experience. The zip is awful and the bag is just poor quality. This thing is useless without a bag to ‘contain’ it. No fun driving home with this reflector fully deployed in the car because the bag broke.

I purchased this reflector so that I could light up my subject without buying studio lights, and it did the trick.Positives:This product is perfect, as described, It is decent size, and bang for the buck. It is very reflective, as you'd hope for in a reflector. The plethora of colours (orage, silver, white, black for blocking light) allows for it to be used in many Diverse situations. It is easy to transport as it comes with a travel bag.Negatives:It's awkward to get into travel bag you don't know what your doing. (But I'm just being picky now)I would whole heartedly recommend this product for the reasons highlighted above.

This has been very useful item, and while it is small, and hence won't provide very good coverage, it's good enough for reflecting light onto one person or object, or two people posing very close to each other. Having tried this as my first reflector, now that I can see what useful pieces of kit they are, I'm probably going to buy a much larger diameter one too. The translucent part could be a little thicker, to better diffuse a flash, but this isn't a big deal, and might not be a problem at all if you had a flash with one of those little built-in plastic diffusers (I'm using an old, totally manual Vivitar that doesn't even bounce - and yes, I know this is silly, since a Yongnuo would cost next to nothing and would be miles better!). I especially love the gold reflector for giving a nice warm and healthy looking glow to the subject's skin in low kelvin light. This is very reasonably priced, and has been very durable - I've had it for about 9 months, using it just a few times a month, but I'd say I've already gotten enough value out of it.

Purchased for my “starter” studio setup and am not disappointed at all.They come well packed and are easy to pop out of their carry bag. They produce good results and it’s easy to change between the various colour options.Once you are finished it’s easy to fold away and put back in the bag.This works very well with the Neewer reflector stand as well.Pros- good quality- easy to store- folds very easyCons- none

I'm just going to jump on the bandwagon here - but for good reason! This product is simply astounding. The price of £11 is good enough, but maybe you'd expect a so-so product that would only be good for small film/photo projects? No way! This thing has 5 different reflective surfaces, from gold to silver to translucent white, that allow for all kinds of diverse lighting tricks and tactics for a perfect shot. It's a great size and folds up easily into a nice bag for easy transport to different locations. I struggled with lighting for a while before I took my work more seriously, and upon buying this I have already found ways to erase annoying lighting issues - like silhouettes, one sided light sources and overly powerful artificial lights that create too much glare.Those going into filming (like myself) or photography and are in need of improved lighting: you can't go wrong with this thing!

As a portable 5-in-1 reflector kit it works as described. The base unit is the diffuser and the covers provide the different reflectors.The downside is the quality is not as high as other brands and I doubt it will last so long, the carry bag especially is weak and looks like it will fail with any hard use.

Great size, and versatility with this item, if you take care of it, then it will last you a long time. HAve used on various shoot and it's great. If you don't have someone to hold it then you'll need to find a way of resting it on something, or invest in a stand for it.
