Q: Are these table cloths felt lined?

Hello,customer. The tablecloth is made by selected PEVA, no felt lined.

Q: How thin are these? If I use a white on a dark brown banquet table will the brown show through?

Yes it will, I used the pink and white gingham over standard white tables and you could see right through it .

Q: has anyone used the black? Is it see through? will you see the table underneath?

No, I bought a white tablecloth with random small stars on top , and flowers on edge and you could not see the table through it. I think a black tablecloth you would certainly not see through it at all.
