I'm so surprised, that Dr. Scholl could make so a bad product! The package says"universal, one size fits most". I'm Medium and I couldn't put it on at all. It says, "Compression level 1, light support", it's not stretchy at all! These arch sleeves are an XXXS or a child's rise. Big disappointment. Sorry to say, I can not recommend it, I wouldn't buy it again, as I can't wear it at all. I didn't open the package for a while, as I ordered a couple more arch sleeves from other companies, and now it is beyond the return date. Sorry Dr.Scholls. I will thing twice about ordering your products next time.

These offer the perfect amount of pressure. Wow!These pull on and instantly offer soothing, therapeutic pressure that seems to alleviate pain from overworked and aching feet. So nice!I can even pull socks on over these and attract zero attention. I have slept in these when my feet really hurt after a too-long run. My feet were really aching, so I slid these on and was able to fall asleep shortly after. Fantastic!These are such an easy way to get relief without the use of medicine. I just love these! If they ever get stretched out or lost, I will 100% purchase these again!

I couldn't even fit my hand through these when they came in, they were that small. And I don't see how that's less compression than the compression socks I have at home, which has a HIGHER compression rating.Also, they MUST have been used, cause there was a pair missing out of the 2 pair set. I only received one set in the box.

Absolutely horribly small! I'm a size 8 and they wouldn't fit. Used to buy these several years ago when they were a tan color and they stretched and were great. These have little to zero stretch. Don't waste your time or money unless you're a size toddler foot!

I got these to help with arch pain from plantar fascitis and read that these could help. They are made of a nice neoprene like material and feel sturdy and well put together. However, I had a difficult time sliding them onto my feet without hurting my arches. Once on, they continued to be too tight and I had to take them off after about 10 minutes because they were so uncomfortable. I tried stretching them out sideways, but that did not really help that much. I will try again and leave them stretching longer in hopes that this will correct the issue.if they actually fit well I think they could help, but as it is, I cannot wear them long enough to really tell

I have flat feet and the arch sleeve gives good support after a long day. The compression is strong so I ordered a size up. I trust this brand to make quality products.

It states that it is a one size fit and adjustable, but I'm not sure how you adjust it aside from it being elastic. It's quite tight on my women's shoe size 9 feet. I'm hoping it gets more comfortable and stretches out a bit the longer I wear it.
